Original Paintings — Final Sale All original paintings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all artwork details, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase at hello.deeline.art@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues We take great care in packaging every original painting for safe transit. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or defective. We require photo documentation of the damage and original packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Prints and Other Items For prints, merchandise, and other non-original items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, contact us at hello.deeline.art@gmail.com.

Refunds Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
